About the role

Description: Build your future with a fast-moving general contractor in the greater Jacksonville area where custom residential builds, commercial construction, and historic remodels come together in a supportive, ownership-driven culture. This Construction Manager opportunity blends hands-on field leadership with true project management autonomy across one to two projects at a time. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include: Experience as an APM, Superintendent, or Project Manager in residential or commercial construction. Ability to coordinate subcontractors while managing project schedules and budgets. Can attend jobsites daily throughout the Fernandina Beach, Yulee, and St. Marys area (no overnight travel). Buildertrend experience (or familiarity with a comparable construction management platform). Manage day-to-day project operations from planning through completion. Maintain project schedules and control costs to deliver on time and under budget. Work with the preconstruction team to develop and maintain schedules. Balance field supervision with project management responsibilities while communicating with company leadership.
Salary: $85,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Mileage reimbursement; after a 90-day probationary period, vehicle allowance or a company vehicle, health benefits with 80% of the employee premium paid, and a 401(k) with a 5% match. Possible compensation review/raise after probation, plus company sponsorship for PMP/CAPM certification development.
