Tier 2 Messaging Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Provides close technical support and input on the application of Microsoft technology to a defined business segment - Provide second tier operations support for the Active Directory and Exchange production systems onsite - Research, test, document, and implement Microsoft windows related software/hardware updates- Monitor Active Directory and Exchange related software/hardware, and assist with monthly server maintenance - Resolve escalated calls and trouble tickets from the help desk- Responsible to author SOPs as needed or directed- Responsible to fully document assigned tickets to show all work performed in order to pass SLRsQualifications: - US Citizenship required- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills - Experience supporting mobile technology - Microsoft PowerShell experience - Contributes to the organization, processes, teams and product in a significant manner- Adheres to organizational processes and procedures- Exhibits initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner- Displays leadership qualities, takes ownership of assigned responsibilities- Completes special projects or other duties as assigned- Contributes positively to working environment- Typically requires BS degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
