Position Summary:
The Photo Install team encompasses different areas within Photo, Scanner, Spinner, Reticles and the associated facilities systems. The Installation engineer is expected to collaborate in executing installation priorities. This role prioritize a Safety First culture by continually re-assess' situations and refine operational parameters. Additionally, this role encourages a collaborative environment by providing mentorship, promoting open communication, and fostering collective problem-solving to improve processes.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere’s What You’ll be Responsible for:
Participate in safety systems related to the installation of semiconductor equipment and fabrication facilities.
Demonstrate an understanding of installation procedures.
Lead and execute Installation safely, and able to respond to problems positively and determine root cause quickly, document and develop countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence.
Take ownership of assigned projects.
Share successful insights with the installation team and mentor junior members as needed.
Skills and QualificationsHere’s What You’ll Need:
B.S. in Engineering or > 20 years Extensive Photo Equipment experience and knowledge.
>10 years of Photo equipment experience, with specific knowledge on Photo equipment Exposing, Coating/Developing or Photo/Reticle inspection equipment.
Photo Equipment Install experience, and understanding of materials used in the processing of Semiconductors, related Specialty Gas and Chemical knowledge.
General knowledge of Mechanical, Fluid, Gas, and exhaust piping and interfaces.
Able to explain compatibility between materials and different type of facilities.
The current base salary range for this role is between $106,000- $145,000.
Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
This position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws. Employment may be contingent on either the applicant verifying that the applicant falls under the “U.S. Person” definition (including U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and those granted U.S. asylum or refugee status) or the employer timely obtaining any necessary export license under federal law. The employer evaluates export licensing on a case-by-case basis and may decline to proceed with a job applicant in its sole discretion, as export license applications can take many weeks to process.
