Compensation & Benefits: Annual base compensation $577,500 Sign‑on bonus $20,0008 weeks paid time off (PTO)Continuing medical education (CME) allowance up to $5,000 plus an additional week off for CME activities Additional earnings for call coverage Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) and flexible spending accounts Medical professional liability insurance Relocation assistance or allowance available up to $10,000 for out‑of‑state or out‑of‑area candidates (receipts required)Practice Environment • 10 operating rooms (ORs) and 2 obstetrics (OB) suites, 427 beds, Level II trauma center. • Start times 7 am‑5 pm or 7 am‑7 pm, with on‑call duties 1–2 times per week and backup response within 30 minutes. • 100% clinical clinician expectation with direct anesthesia services to center patients.

Responsibilities: Provide direct anesthesia services to center patients. Manage incidents or complications during procedures. Communicate with the onsite Medical Director regarding safety, policy, and procedural protocols. Assist and collaborate with peers to ensure smooth patient care and safety.

Qualifications: Active state license, DEA, and State Clinical Documentation System (CDS) credentials. Board certification required. ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification.
