This person will design, document, and champion Claude-powered processes across the organization from prompt engineering to building custom tools and automationsWhat You'll DoDesign and refine prompts and workflows using Claude (Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Platform/API) to solve real business problemsBuild internal tools and automations using Claude's API, MCP integrations, and agentic capabilitiesTrain and support team members on effective AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering best practicesIdentify opportunities across departments (content, engineering, research, operations) where Claude can save time or improve output qualityStay current on new Claude features and model releases, and evaluate how they can be applied internallyCreate documentation, templates, and internal guides for repeatable AI workflowsTroubleshoot and optimize existing Claude-based processes for accuracy and efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated hands-on experience using Claude (Claude.ai, Claude Code, or the Claude API) for real projects — portfolio or examples encouragedStrong prompt engineering skills: structuring instructions, providing examples, iterating based on outputsFamiliarity with agentic AI concepts (tool use, MCP, multi-step workflows) is a big plusBasic technical fluency (comfortable with APIs, documentation, and light scripting) preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills — able to translate technical capability into practical business valueCurious, self-directed, and comfortable working with fast-evolving toolsNice to HaveExperience with Claude Code, Claude in Chrome, Claude in Excel/PowerPoint, or similar AI-agent toolsBackground in content, research, operations, or software developmentFamiliarity with other LLM tools for comparison purposes
