Job Description: Pathology Medical Director - $525K & $70K+ Bonus - Scenic Ohio River Valley An established regional healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified Pathologist to serve as Senior Medical Director within a hospital-employed practice. This role offers a base salary and annual bonus that will be worth approximately $525,000 with greater earning potential long-term. This role also offers a $70K+ bonus, loan repayment, and a leadership position within a well-supported pathology department. You’ll lead a team of pathologists handling a balanced case mix without high-complexity burdens such as autopsies or extensive subspecialty requirements.
