Head of Sales & Marketing – PP Compounds (m / f / d)

Department: Sales & Customer Service, Technical Service, Distribution. Basic Purpose: To plan, organize, direct and control all activities related to Sales Channel and customers and to achieve department and company goals. Job Requirements & Responsibilities: Develops, manages and implements sales programs based upon approved company goals all sales. Build relationships, penetrate and grow business with customers through direct contact and coordination with appropriate sales associates. Assist in the negotiation and evaluation as well as risk assessment of customer contracts. Development and implementation of annual and multi-year sales/marking plans. Preparation of monthly, annual and multi-year related forecasting, financial reports and budgets. Provide direction, motivation, team building, training, goals and reviews to all relevant associates. Contribute strategic direction to the company and executive management team. Maximize sales revenue through pricing policies, profit margins and program priorities. Maintain and monitor sales reporting, customer contacts, project status and sample status. Provide assistance for the continued improvement of the corporate web site. Maintains a high degree of integrity and fairness on all dealing and transactions.
