🚀 We're hiring a Full-Cycle Account Executive (Outbound)Love building your own pipeline and getting paid directly for what you close? This is a true hunter role, you source it, you close it, you own it.
What you'll do:
Build outbound lists and dial 100–200 calls/day Book your own qualified meetings and run discovery calls Manage deals start to finish, keep your CRM sharp Keep prospecting even after you're carrying quota — pipeline never stops The ramp: 3 months of pure pipeline-building (no quota) before you ramp up to full quota by month 7–8. We set you up to actually hit the number, not sink or swim on day one.
