Substitute School Bus Aide Lebanon City Schools - Transportation Department Lebanon City Schools is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Substitutes in the following capacity School Bus Aide. Basic requirements are: you must be 18 years of age, pass a drug screen, physical and criminal background check. All Substitute Bus Aides must obtain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education prior to subbing. Trainees will be paid for training hours. Successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to work well with others and be able to take direction. Ability to develop good rapport with students and parents and initiative and ability to learn will be important in this position.
