About the role

About the Company: Well established and respected heavy civil construction company has an immediate need for an experienced PROJECT ENGINEER.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong planning and problem solving skills capable of functioning efficiently in a fast paced environment. They will provide field and project engineering support to the team that builds multi million dollar heavy civil projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Procuring materials
  • Project planning
  • Managing the schedule
  • SubmittalsRecord quantities and update cost reports
  • Inspect site to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering 1+ years of heavy civil construction experience with an emphasis on structures or civil work.
Required Skills:
  • A working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, P6 Primavera, HCSS and BlueBeam is a plus
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are a must!
