Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities: The Senior Property Manager will provide overall leadership for property management operations while overseeing a significant commercial real estate asset and its associated staff. This position serves as a key liaison between ownership, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing property operations, overseeing budgets and financial performance, monitoring cash flow, tracking budget variances, supporting CAM reconciliation and recovery processes, managing tenant relations, coordinating property inspections, overseeing capital and construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and preparing owner reports and annual budgets. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and developing property management staff, managing third-party relationships, negotiating lease and contract terms, and driving long-term property performance and tenant satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience Experience with CAM reconciliations and recovery processes Previous leadership experience managing property management staff Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis Experience managing tenant, vendor, and ownership relationships Strong understanding of building operations and property management best practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Ability to work full-time onsite in Tampa, Florida

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related fieldCPM, RPA, or CSM designation Active Real Estate License Experience overseeing mixed-use, retail, entertainment, or hospitality-focused properties Previous experience negotiating commercial lease and contract language Demonstrated success developing and managing high-performing teams
