Monitor and record patients’ condition and document provided care services. Treat medical emergencies, like heart attacks and strokes, and initiate appropriate interventions. Adjust patient care plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Manage medication doses, anesthesia, and ventilatory support. Provide education to patients and families on the steps to recover or manage their conditions. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively Strong emotional resilience and stability in challenging situations Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
