Robotics Learning Engineer: Demonstration to Deployment

LightSpeed Build Technologies seeks a Robot Learning Engineer to teach robots to perform complex manipulation from human demonstrations. You will own the path from demonstration to deployed behavior, building teleoperation systems, training policies, and proving them on real robots with dexterous hands and custom tooling. You will shape data collection, refine policies via imitation learning and VLA models, and deploy to real robots with ROS2 control.
