Position Overview: The Ohio State University at Newark seeks a semester lecturer to teach First-Year English Composition courses in Spring 2026. Responsible for facilitation of in-class learning activities, assessments (i.e., quizzes, exams, and homework if applicable), offering of weekly office hours, submission of grades, and resolution of any ongoing student or course issues. Performance Objectives Teaching: Develop and deliver in-person courses. Contribute to the creation and improvement of course content.
Education And Experience: Requirements Master’s degree required in English or related area Teaching experience at the post-secondary level. PH.D. in English or related area.
