Program Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW or RN) – Abbeville, LAHorizon Health is seeking a Program Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW or RN) of Behavioral Health to join our team at Abbeville General Hospital in Abbeville, LA. This is a 16 bed inpatient psychiatric unit treating ages 18+. The Program Director of Behavioral Health is responsible for the maintenance of the Horizon Health/Client hospital contractual relationship(s) and in coordination with the client, the overall administration of patient care for the Program. He/she plans, implements and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients. He/she provides managerial support by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel for the Program. Supervisory Responsibility Will provide direct supervision to Program Horizon employed clinical and administrative staff; and perform in an advisory capacity to client staff supporting the behavioral health program. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are subject to the needs of the Program which operates on a 24 hour; seven days a week basis.
