Job Responsibilities: As a Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in keeping production and material flow running efficiently. Safely operating a forklift to move, transport, stage, and position materials throughout the facility. Loading, unloading, and relocating materials, components, and production supplies as needed. Supplying production areas with the materials necessary to maintain workflow and minimize downtime. Following all facility safety procedures, operating guidelines, and material-handling requirements. Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support daily operations. Maintaining awareness of your surroundings and operating equipment responsibly in a busy manufacturing environment. Identifying potential issues, resolving routine problems when appropriate, and communicating concerns promptly. Maintaining dependable attendance and supporting production goals in a demanding, team-focused workplace.

Qualifications: Must be nicotine free. Must be able to work overtime and weekends. Previous forklift operating experience — required. Automotive manufacturing or automotive material-handling experience — preferred. The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to daily tasks and workplace challenges. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe equipment operation. The ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Availability to work the assigned first- or third-shift schedule, including extended shifts and potential weekend work. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
