Process & Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities include: Process development and trouble shooting. Leading Lean continuous improvement activities in production New product development to meet customer specifications, including CAD design and drawings. Coordinating product and process modifications with OEMs and internal teams – engineering change system management (ECR)Coordination of sample creation Participation in the company safety team to improve our processes to protect our associates. Assist in evaluation of sample products for fit, form, and function. Active team member in the creation of the future state of our factory Bachelor's degree in an engineeringfield of study Process improvement and troubleshooting experience, utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods. A willingness and eagerness to learn about new processes and products.

Preferred experience includes: Product development and validation experience Understanding of carpet manufacturing processesCATIA, Solid Works, AutoCAD experience/training
