About the role

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of medical education content, the remote Sr. Director, Medical Education will manage a network of contracted physician faculty, oversee medical content quality control, and collaborate with product and content teams to shape the medical education product strategy.
Key responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a network of contracted physician and clinician subject matter experts across various medical specialties Provide strategic input on content roadmap decisions and participate in planning for product modifications and new content initiatives Oversee the accuracy review process for medical content, setting standards for quality control across the organizationRequired qualificationsMD or DO; board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a closely related specialty Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience at an accredited medical school or graduate medical education program Demonstrated experience writing and editing USMLE-style assessment items Proven ability to manage and quality-control medical content at scale Familiarity with USMLE blueprint structure and clinical vignette pedagogy
