The Marketing Engineer will support business growth by analyzing market opportunities, gathering technical and commercial requirements from customers, and translating them into effective marketing and sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and technical presentations, coordinating with the sales and engineering teams, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. The role also involves assisting in product positioning, preparing marketing materials, participating in client meetings and industry events, and providing feedback to internal teams on market trends and customer needs.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, including clear technical and commercial presentations.Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, customer engagement, and product positioning in the electrical and switchgear market.Knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, or related industrial products; ability to understand technical specifications and applications.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field), Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools; ability to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in an on-site environment.Prior experience in industrial, electrical, or engineering-focused sales or marketing is an advantage.
