VP of Sales, Americas - AI for Financial Services - Hypergrowth AINew York, NY (Hybrid) | Full-time Search Chain Partners is partnered with one of the fast-growing AI companies globally. This venture-backed AI company is transforming how financial institutions work. Their platform is already used by leading banks, asset managers, and advisory firms, and they're scaling quickly in the US.They're hiring a VP of Sales to build and lead the Americas sales team from New York. This is a player-coach role: you'll own the regional number, close strategic deals yourself, and hire and develop a team of high-performing AEs.
What you'll do:
Own revenue for the Americas and build a repeatable, enterprise sales motion Hire, coach and lead a team of AEs as the region scales Personally lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions Work closely with the founders, product and marketing to shape GTM strategy Build forecasting discipline and pipeline rigour from an early stage What they're looking for 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of leading and scaling teams Deep experience selling into financial markets: investment banks, asset managers, private equity, hedge funds or advisory Background in a high-growth, startup or scale-up environment Comfortable being hands-on while building for scale Strong network across US financial services
