Learning Experience Design Manager

Overview In this role you shape client learning experiences by leading design and delivery of learning strategies and digital solutions. You work within the Advisory Services Practice to translate complex business needs into engaging, measurable learning programs. You’ll manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive adoption and performance outcomes. This position offers a hands-on, client-facing path in a boutique environment backed by a global platform, with meaningfully scalable impact. Compensation / Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Savings Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Professional Development Program Responsibilities Lead client engagements in learning transformation, instructional design, and digital adoption Manage multiple workstreams across learning strategy, design, content development, implementation, and assessment Design flexible learning solutions (ILT, virtual, blended, microlearning, e-learning, video)Translate business needs into learner-centered, scalable solutions Develop executive-ready learning roadmaps, plans, storyboards, prototypes, and materials Assess current-state needs and define scalable future-state content standards Create interactive digital assets (modules, simulations, videos, infographics, job aids)Establish governance, templates, accessibility, and quality controls for consistency Lead change management, communications, and adoption activities for rollout Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate learning with broader transformation initiatives Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on strategy and adoption Contribute to internal tools, templates, and methodologies for delivery capability Support business development through proposals, discussions, and thought leadership Drive development processes (design, scripting, storyboard, media, testing, deployment) Key requirements 5-10+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, training development, consulting, or related fields Hands-on experience with e-learning, video-based, blended, microlearning, and digital performance support Experience leading client workstreams with delivery accountability and measurable outcomes Strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and agile learning Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured, scalable solutions Direct experience with client stakeholders and adoption planning Excellent written and verbal communication for teams and executives Creative visual storytelling for complex topics Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (implementation, change, communications, adoption)Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Collaborative, relationship-builder with practical, solution-oriented mindset Familiarity with tools like Camtasia, Articulate 360, Rise 360, Captivate, Vyond, Canva, Synthesia, Adobe CC, Power Point, LMS/LXP, AI tools (preferred)Certifications in Instructional Design or PM are a plus Willingness to travel up to 50%collaborationclient-facing communicationcreativity in visual storytelling Camtasia Articulate Storyline 360 Rise 360
