Shift Manager — People, Ops & Customer Experience

Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis and support the management team in keeping every shift running smoothly. Your role includes guiding team members through training initiatives, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping the team reach performance goals. Candidates should have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience, be 18 years or older, and be eligible to work in the U.S.
