The Hospitality Services Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for providing responsive, high-quality support to travel clients. The specialist will handle inquiries via email, phone, and chat, assist with booking and modifying travel arrangements, and resolve issues related to reservations, itineraries, and travel policies. Day-to-day tasks include guiding clients through options for flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring accuracy of booking details, and supporting corporate clients with organized travel plans. The role also involves tracking client requests, maintaining clear documentation, collaborating with internal team members, and consistently focusing on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
Strong customer-facing abilities, including Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support experience, with a focus on building trust and rapport. Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including handling concerns professionally and following up to ensure positive outcomes. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, compare travel options, and identify efficient solutions. Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members. Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and tasks independently. Familiarity with online booking tools, CRM systems, or travel platforms is beneficial. High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a client-focused approach to service.
