About RekordRekord is building the technology and capital markets infrastructure to make real-world private credit more accessible, efficient and transparent. The company connects credit originators with institutional and onchain capital providers, combining proprietary underwriting technology, credit expertise and capital markets capabilities to structure and facilitate financing backed by real-world loans and receivables. Its technology supports credit assessment, verification of underlying assets and cash flows, and ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting. Following the recent launch of its flagship private credit vault, Rekord is expanding its origination network, institutional capital relationships and financing activities.
Position Summary: Rekord is seeking experienced specialists to support the accounting, financial structuring and regulatory requirements of its private credit financing activities. The opportunity covers three related but distinct disciplines: fund accounting and valuation, credit structuring, and legal and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have substantial expertise in at least one of these areas and are not expected to cover all three.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities will relate to the candidate's principal area of expertise.
  • Fund accounting and valuation
  • Advise on fund accounting policies, net asset value calculations, fair value assessment and credit loss or reserve methodologies.
  • Support financial reporting requirements for private credit investment vehicles and related structures.
  • Credit structuring
  • Advise on lending facilities, warehouse arrangements, forward-flow transactions and securitisations.
  • Support financial modelling of facility cash flows, payment waterfalls, covenants, fees and investor economics.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Advise on regulatory requirements relevant to the establishment and operation of private credit and lending vehicles.
  • Support regulatory planning and coordination with appointed legal counsel and compliance service providers.
Required Qualifications: Substantial experience in one or more of the following: a fund administrator, audit firm or credit fund finance team; structured finance or credit facility origination; or a general counsel or chief compliance officer role at a fund manager, lender or digital asset firm. Direct experience with private credit vehicles. For compliance candidates, working knowledge of fund regulation in at least one major fund jurisdiction and direct experience engaging with regulators.
Preferred Qualifications: Big Four audit background followed by an operating role. Experience through a fund launch or a regulatory licence application. Service on the lender side of a credit committee. Understanding of both traditional credit and digital assets.
