The Role:
- Trade FX or futures using the firm's proprietary technology platform. Full P&L ownership with strong risk management frameworks. Access to global markets and deep liquidity.
- You 3+ years trading FX or futures at a prop firm, market maker, or bank desk
- Calmar ratio of 4+ or equivalent risk-adjusted track record
- Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution
- Disciplined risk management and drawdown control
