About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a senior strategic leader with a proven track record in shaping insight-driven brand strategies, particularly in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and select consumer sectors. This role is pivotal in helping clients navigate complex business challenges, foster meaningful audience connections, and achieve growth through integrated, differentiated strategies. The SVP will be responsible for leading brand positioning, audience strategy, value propositions, and messaging frameworks, as well as serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. A deep understanding of market dynamics, integrated customer experiences, and emerging strategy tools is essential, as is the ability to anticipate shifts in various sectors and identify strategic opportunities. Applicants for the SVP, Brand Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years' of experience in brand strategy, communications strategy, marketing strategy, strategic planning, consulting, or a related discipline. The role requires a leader with significant experience in agency, consulting, or integrated marketing environments, and a proven ability to influence business and brand decisions at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams, developing senior-level talent, and connecting strategy to measurable client impact.
