As our wholesale business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and relationship-focused Wholesale Account Coordinator to support our wholesale customers and help ensure a smooth experience from order placement through delivery.
Job Description: The Wholesale Account Coordinator will provide remote administrative and account-support services for Mirror Twin Brewing's wholesale operations. This position will serve as an important point of contact for wholesale customers, helping coordinate orders, product availability, account information, communications, and follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities. This role will work closely with brewery operations, sales, management, distributors, and wholesale partners to ensure orders and account needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for wholesale accounts and business customers. Respond to wholesale inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels. Coordinate beer orders, product requests, and account-related communications. Maintain accurate records of wholesale customers, contacts, orders, and account activity. Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, requests, availability, and account needs. Coordinate with brewery and production teams regarding product availability and upcoming releases. Communicate product availability, new releases, seasonal offerings, and relevant updates to wholesale accounts. Assist with onboarding new wholesale customers and maintaining required account information. Coordinate with distributors and delivery partners regarding orders and delivery-related questions. Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding items or potential delays. Maintain accurate wholesale pricing, product information, and account documentation. Assist with invoices, purchase documentation, order records, and account reconciliation when needed. Track wholesale account activity and prepare basic sales and account reports. Identify inactive or under-engaged accounts and assist with appropriate follow-up. Support wholesale promotions, new product launches, and seasonal releases. Maintain positive and professional relationships with restaurants, bars, retailers, and other wholesale partners. Communicate customer feedback and recurring account concerns to management. Help identify opportunities to improve the wholesale ordering and account-management process. Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information. Assist with wholesale-related projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in wholesale, customer service, account coordination, sales support, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Experience working with food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer-product businesses is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and competing priorities. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, customer-management systems, and other digital business tools. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Professional and customer-focused approach. Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace. Knowledge of the craft beer, beverage, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a plus.
