We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Citi Field to lead all janitorial and sanitation services for a large, high-profile stadium. This role oversees event and non-event cleaning operations, manages large union and non-union teams, controls labor and budgets, and ensures exceptional cleanliness and safety standards.
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00
Schedule: Hours are based on operational needs. This is a Full-Time position
Responsibilities:
Lead all stadium cleaning operations (event, pre/post-event, and non-event days)
Manage managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams
Oversee union labor relations and contract compliance
Control budgets, labor forecasting, and overtime
Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
Partner with stadium leadership and operations teams
Requirements
Experience:
6-20 year
7+ years of large-scale cleaning or facilities leadership experience
Proven success managing high-volume venues and union environments
Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules
