Customer Account Coordinator II - Growth & Shipments

Fed Ex Freight is seeking a Customer Service/Account Management professional to act as the sole point of contact for selected customers and manage the shipment lifecycle. You will quote, secure, monitor shipments, and update customers to ensure an exceptional experience while growing existing business. The role requires independence, prioritization, and a strong sense of urgency to identify and act on business opportunities. Northeast Ohio roots and a commitment to service excellence are a plus.
