As a Primary Care Physician, you will be a trusted partner in your patients’ health journeys. You will deliver comprehensive primary care, champion preventive health efforts, and help create a welcoming environment where individuals feel heard and valued. Your clinical expertise and leadership will have a direct, lasting impact on community well-being.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Conduct physical exams and coordinate necessary diagnostic testing. Educate patients on preventive care, treatment plans, and healthier lifestyles. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Support Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives to improve outcomes and access. Mentor and support clinical staff and medical students. Participate in on-call coverage in collaboration with partner physicians.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Licensure/Certifications: Active Indiana medical license, Board Certified (participating in MOC), Current CPR certification, and eligible for hospital credentialing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing acute/chronic conditions, physical exams, and PCMH framework initiatives.
Soft Skills: Deep compassion, empathy, strong communication, collaborative mindset, and a passion for serving diverse populations.
