To launch and scale a new Splunk consulting capability, the full-time remote Splunk Practice Director will manage business development, solution architecture, and practice delivery while establishing relationships with key stakeholders and leading technical engagements.
Key responsibilities:
Define and execute the Splunk go-to-market strategy while developing relationships with Splunk and Cisco leaders
Architect and lead Splunk integrations across various CCaaS solutions, ensuring technical quality and solution effectiveness
Build and scale the Splunk Professional Services Practice, including developing market-ready services and establishing delivery methodologies
Required qualifications:
Significant hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise across architecture, design, and implementation
Expertise in one or more Splunk-aligned domains such as SIEM, security operations, or observability
Proven client-facing consulting experience in professional services or technology consulting
Architect-level experience with a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform, preferably with Cisco solutions
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a consulting practice or technical capability
