Project Manager

Job Duties: Manage architectural millwork and casework projects from project handoff through final installation and closeout. Review project scope, schedules, budgets, estimates, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and profitability. Coordinate finish samples, submittals, mockups, RFIs, and customer approvals. Create or manage detailed AutoCAD shop drawings, bills of materials, and production documentation. Communicate with customers, vendors, finance, operations, project teams, and shop floor leadership. Purchase specialty materials and monitor delivery schedules to support production and installation timelines. Develop and maintain project schedules, critical milestones, and manufacturing timelines. Monitor job costs, contract balances, invoicing, and project financial performance. Ensure quality standards, contract specifications, and customer expectations are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
