About the role

Customer Service Representative We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing team! If you're someone who is organized, thorough, dependable, and a self-starter, this could be a great opportunity. We're looking for a quick learner who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

What you'll be doing:

Customer order entry and data entry
Customer communication by email and phone
Providing order status and lead-time updates
Coordinating with production, scheduling, and shipping
Reviewing orders for accuracy
Following up on open items and customer requests
Maintaining organized records and documentation
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for:

Strong computer and data-entry skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Organized and thorough
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Quick learner who is willing to learn our products and processes
Customer service experience preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, asks questions, and takes pride in doing things right.
