Overview In this Editorial Lead role you will shape Adobe's corporate blog and external writing voice to build trust and business impact. You will set editorial standards, manage a rigorous calendar, and ensure consistency across posts, press releases, and executive communications. You’ll identify compelling angles, collaborate with PR, and elevate narratives that advance Adobe’s role in the industry. This position offers influence over thought leadership and requires newsroom-grade editorial rigor at scale. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits programs Responsibilities Develop and execute an editorial content strategy aligned with corporate narrative and brand goals Maintain an editorial calendar for the corporate blog and expand thought leadership Establish and enforce a consistent One Adobe voice across all content Commission, brief, and edit content from copy edits to substantive rewrites Apply news judgment to identify story angles and executive perspectives Collaborate with PR to convert announcements into reporter-ready storytelling Write original articles, thought leadership, and executive bylines when needed Manage submission and review workflows across blogs and press releases Track and report key performance metrics to improve quality, reach and impact Key requirements 10+ years of experience in editorial, journalism, content strategy, or corporate communications Exceptional writer and editor with ability to craft narratives for announcements, thought leadership, and executive perspectives Deep understanding of SEO and GEO protocols, including AI discoverability and answer engine citation Proven ability to manage contributors, workflows, and deadlines with precision Self-starter with strong project management and meticulous attention to detailBA/BS degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field, or equivalent experiencestrong editorial judgmentattention to detailability to manage multiple deadlinesSEO and GEO protocol knowledgecontent strategy and editorial workflow managementdata-informed decision making (tracking metrics)
