Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector – CNC Machining Shop
Location: Irvine, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
About Us: Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products.
Position Summary:
The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure theymeet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical inmaintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machinedcomponents
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
- Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and correctiveactions
- Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machiningpreferred 2+ years of QC experience in a CNC machining environment
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Proficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM use
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus
- Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers
