Overview
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, turning workforce data into strategic insights that shape talent decisions. You’ll partner across talent initiatives—from planning and recruiting to culture and inclusion—delivering executive-ready analyses and data storytelling that influence action. You will lead employee listening efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic consultant to HR stakeholders and leaders, identifying opportunities for data-driven talent decisions Translate business questions into analyses, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making Deliver executive-ready insights through storytelling, dashboards, and visualizations Lead and support employee listening initiatives, shaping feedback strategies and experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce trends and talent initiatives like recruiting, development, planning, culture, and inclusion Respond to analytics requests with data-driven reports, presentations, and supporting materials Partner with HR Technology to ensure accessible, reliable, and well-structured data for analytics Promote data governance, privacy, and compliant use of workforce data Develop scalable reporting and self-service analytics to boost efficiency and reduce manual reporting
Key requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field 6+ years in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in workforce data Experience with analytical tools for data analysis, reporting, and insight generation; familiarity with SQL, Python, and/or R preferred Experience developing dashboards/visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence decision-making Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences Commitment to handling confidential employee information with discretion and integritystrong communication and storytellingstakeholder managementconsulting mindsetSQLPython or RPower BI
