We are looking for a HR Project Manager specializing in Change Management to join our HR team. This position will centralize and coordinate essential HR projects and audits to ensure consistency and sustainability across various HR functions. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Change Management and Project Management teams in Paris to implement innovative HR initiatives, assess organizational change needs, and develop effective strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and robustness.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Lead and manage HR-related projects and audits, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for various HR initiatives, including HR audit sustainability, CSRD compliance, Best Place to Work initiatives, data privacy, and the campus programs. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a liaison between the HR department, other business units, and the Paris-based, Change Management team, and the Project Management team. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to support project delivery and organizational transformation efforts. Assess the impact of changes and assist in developing training, communication, and support materials to facilitate smooth transitions. Sustainability Initiatives: Champion sustainability initiatives within HR projects to ensure long-term success and alignment with corporate responsibility goals. Monitor and report on project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Audits: Ensure all HR projects comply with local, national, and international regulations, including data privacy laws and labor standards. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established policies. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present project reports and performance metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Remain current with industry trends and best practices in project management and change management within HR7. Campus Recruitment and Early Careers program Assists in coordinating university outreach events, managing candidate pipelines, and scheduling interviews with students. Facilitate a seamless onboarding and orientation experience, ensuring interns and new graduates feel welcomed and supported as they launch their careers Coordinate the Early Career Network (networking events, trainings,…)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. A minimum of three years of experience ideally in project management and change management within an HR environment, preferably in corporate and investment banking, or broader financial services. Proven track record of successfully leading HR projects from inception to completion, demonstrated measurable impact on organizational performance. Familiarity with HR metrics, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards. Strong understanding of sustainable business practices and corporate responsibility initiatives.
Project Management Skills:
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Change Management Expertise: Knowledge of change management principles and tools, with the ability to implement effective change strategies.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels effectively.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through influence and collaboration. Event Coordination & Logistics: Proven ability to organize, schedule, and execute events (such as career fairs and interview days).Familiarity with US Campus Platforms: Experience with (or quick ability to learn) US-specific student recruitment platforms, particularly Handshake, as well as university job boards. The salary range for this position will be between $115,000 - $130,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
