Bilingual Faith Formation Director

The Diocese of San Jose is seeking a Director of Religious Education to lead and coordinate comprehensive educational programs in English and Spanish for children, youth, and families. This position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating faith formation initiatives, recruitment and training of catechists, and ensuring adherence to Catholic teaching. Ideal candidates are practicing Catholics with a degree in Theology or a related field, possess strong leadership skills, and have 3–5 years of experience in catechetical leadership. The role includes a full-time salary range of $22.00 – $27.00 per hour, along with additional benefits.
