You will develop, implement, and evaluate exercise programs, review patient histories, and provide monitoring and guidance to patients throughout rehabilitation. The role emphasizes education on self-monitoring THR and RPE, documenting responses to exercise, and serving as a mentor for new staff and students. A strong clinical background in cardiac rehab is preferred.
