Professional Communication Expert

What you will bring: • At least 10 years of relevant experience in professional communication, corporate training, leadership development, or business roles with substantial communication and coaching responsibilities.• Direct experience working with and developing professionals in major US technology companies recognized for engineering excellence.• A demonstrated track record of helping professionals improve their workplace communication, collaboration, presentations, and stakeholder relationships.• Experience helping technical professionals communicate effectively with colleagues in product, sales, operations, finance, and management.• Excellent spoken English, with the ability to teach clear expression, active listening, audience awareness, and persuasive communication.• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, including the ability to diagnose individual weaknesses and provide honest, specific, actionable feedback.• Experience working with international and multicultural teams, with sensitivity to different communication styles and workplace expectations. We want to understand whom you coached, the communication challenges you helped them overcome, and how their effectiveness improved.

What you will do: • Help participants communicate clearly in meetings, workplace writing, and presentations.• Coach them to clarify ambiguous requests, ask useful questions, confirm expectations, and communicate progress or delays.• Teach them to adapt their message to technical colleagues, managers, clients, and other departments.• Develop practical exercises around real workplace situations: explaining a delivery delay to product leadership, negotiating priorities with a manager, or presenting a recommendation to a client.• Help participants give and receive feedback, disagree constructively, and navigate difficult conversations.• Strengthen their ability to listen, build trust, advocate for their ideas, and contribute confidently to team decisions.• Give individualized feedback on clarity, structure, tone, delivery, and professional judgment.• Coordinate with technical communication specialists so participants can apply both domain-specific language and broader workplace communication skills.
