We will create awe, wonder and joy through experiences that inspire and endure. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Associate.
Position Overview:
The Operations Associate will report to the Director of Operations. This role exists to assist in the acquisition execution process, provenance diligence, vendor and logistics coordination, as well as the day-to-day duties of making Sankhara operate in an efficient and professional way.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of per-asset provenance diligence including checklists and operational workflow that streamlines assets from sourcing to due diligence to title transfer Maintain origination specifics such as the intake record, shipping and logistics log, and valuation policies and procedures Assist in coordination with specialists, appraisers and outside counsel on scheduling appraisals at current established cadences, documentation requests and follow-up meetings to ensure diligence has a constant stream of progress Own recordkeeping and file assembly across all aspects of asset acquisition in order to abide by Sankhara’s record retention standards Ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality given the HNW and UHNW clients we are working with
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in financial or fund operations, compliance support or process-heavy environments such as collectibles management Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work comfortably in a startup where roles can change and one may have to wear many hats Ability to work on a lean team Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA willingness to learn and contribute to an evolving conceptA genuine passion for keeping operations efficient and streamlined
