Remote Labor Law Counsel: CBA Negotiations Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Labor Law Counsel to lead labor strategy and negotiations with unions in the AMR region. You will manage CBA negotiations, provide legal guidance to HR, and coordinate with senior leadership on risk mitigation and training initiatives. The role requires a JD with bar admission and at least 3 years in labor law, with experience in union petitions and transitions preferred. Location: Remote – Chicago, IL and NY, NY; travel may be required.
