Role: Real Estate Attorney
Description:
Our client is a highly-respected boutique renewable energy, finance and commercial real estate law firm. They are seeking a mid-level+ transactional attorney with ideally 4-8 years of experience in leasing, acquisitions, and/or finance to join their growing real estate team. This is a full-time remote role. This a rare and unique opportunity for a stellar candidate who is looking for work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications:
- 4-15 years prior experience as a real estate attorney at a reputable law firm
- Experience in drafting, revising and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements for real estate lease, purchase-and-sale, joint-venture, and finance transactions
- Experience in drafting, revising and negotiating loan and security documents, guaranties, collateral assignments, resolutions and closing certificates in connection with real estate financings
- Experience in conducting due diligence for acquisitions/sales and financings
- Bar admission, in good standing, in your state of residence and a J.D. from an accredited law school
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues
