Global Mobility & Immigration Lead (US Focus)

INNIO Group is seeking a U.S. Global Mobility Expert to own end-to-end immigration and outbound mobility from the U.S. to the EU and other destinations. You will partner with HR, EU teams, Tax and Legal to ensure compliant, timely handling of immigration and mobility matters. You will build internal capability, design processes, and responsibly use AI tools to support standard cases while escalating complex matters to counsel as needed.
