Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to conduct surveys and investigations within adult care and nursing home facilities. This role involves evaluating nutritional services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and investigating complaints related to dietary care to uphold the highest standards of resident health and safety.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site surveys and complaint investigations at adult care and nursing home facilities. Evaluate nutritional care services for compliance with federal and state regulations. Interview facility staff, residents, and families as part of the investigative process. Analyze findings and prepare detailed reports, including Statements of Deficiencies. Assess the adequacy and implementation of corrective action plans (Plans of Correction).Provide expertise on dietary standards and nutritional care requirements.
