Senior Fleet Operations Engineer - Gas Turbines

What You Bring: Engineering degree (or equivalent experience in gas turbine development) 5-10+ years' expertise in gas turbine operation. Demonstrated protection philosophy by proactively safeguarding people, assets, information, and operations through risk management, prevention, compliance, and continuous improvement. Solid gas turbine auxiliary systems (fuel gas, fuel oil, lube oil, hydraulics, cooling, and related systems), with a comprehensive understanding of system interfaces, end-to-end operation, troubleshooting, and protection philosophies. Proven global leader and strategic thinker with a bias for action, adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels, aligning cross-functional teams, challenging priorities, and delivering impactful results on time and within budget. Agile / LEAN mindset focused on continuous improvement, speed, and efficiency Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
