Change Management Consultant - Large Programs

Overview As Change Management Consultant, you lead organizational change for key transformation programs, aligning change strategy with business goals. You partner with executives, project teams, and functions to drive readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes. You develop and track change metrics, readiness and engagement; create communication and learning plans; and embed change activities in program governance. This role offers impact across enterprise initiatives and a clear path to influence leadership and stakeholder alignment. You will help shape successful transformations at Andersen and enable lasting behavioral change. Compensation / Benefits 401(k) Plan with company match Profit sharing Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Paid time off and holidays Paid maternity and parental leave Career growth opportunities Responsibilities Lead organizational change management for strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with program milestones Drive business readiness, adoption planning, and transition requirements with leadership input Measure change effectiveness, develop dashboards, and provide actionable leadership reporting Conduct impact and stakeholder assessments, identify risks, and craft mitigation strategies Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to strengthen ownership and accountability Create and maintain change deliverables, roadmaps, analyses, readiness and sustainment plans Collaborate with Communications and Learning teams to design engagement and training for long-term change Integrate change activities into overall program governance and execution plans Key requirements Eight years of progressive experience in HR, organization development or change management Three+ years leading strategic change management initiatives Change Management Certification Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, or related field or equivalent experience Experience leading organizational readiness across multiple stakeholders and functions Experience establishing change metrics and presenting executive-level progress reports Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive sponsor accountability Experience integrating CM activities into large-scale programs and projects Strong facilitation skills for executive workshops and readiness reviews Influence and executive presence Strong communication and collaboration Facilitation and workshop leadership Change management frameworks and methodologies Readiness and adoption measurement Analytics and dashboard/reporting tools
