Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

What We're Looking For: We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Education & Experience: No formal education or prior experience required. Training is provided. Physical & Work Environment Requirements This is a physically demanding role performed in a manufacturing environment. The position requires: Work in an industrial setting with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and moving machinery Standing for most of an 8-hour shift with frequent walking, reaching, and handling materials Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, or balancing Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 100 lbs. Routine use of hand tools, cleaning equipment, and material handling equipment Strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures Why Join Penn Color?
