Head of Technical Training & Apprenticeships

ISU Research Park in Marshalltown, IA is seeking a Manager Technical Training responsible for leadership of training programs across operations, collaborating with stakeholders to implement strategies and improve processes to meet the needs of the business and communities. You will oversee in‑house and external training, manage budget, ensure safety compliance, partner with union and regulatory bodies, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a culture of learning and inclusion.
