Collections Analyst

Must Haves: 1–2+ years direct collections experience (preferably ecommerce, payments, financial services) Ability to learn, adapt and train new processes Strong analytical, investigative, and logical thinking skills Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Knowledge of payment processing methods (ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual & credit cards) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management Job Summary/Description This role is part of the Collections team and supports the execution and delivery of strategic and operational initiatives. The team oversees the end-to-end collections process across all entities, assessing accounts, determining best approaches, and executing plans to optimize revenue recovery. The ideal candidate brings collections experience, a customer‐centric mindset, and the ability to perform strongly both individually and collaboratively to meet key financial targets.
